Complete and submit to transfer copyright and grant presentation/recording permissions to the Academy of Latin American Business and Sustainability Studies (ALBUS).

COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
The undersigned assigns to ALBUS all rights under copyright in and to the Work, including any revised or expanded derivative works submitted to ALBUS based on the Work, and any associated written or multimedia components or other enhancements accompanying the Work.
CONSENT AND RELEASE
  • Grant ALBUS the unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable permission to use, distribute, publish, license, exhibit, record, digitize, broadcast, reproduce and archive, in any format or medium, the presentation based on the Work and related materials or recorded interviews.
  • Grant ALBUS the right to use the signatory’s name, picture, likeness, voice, and biographical information as part of advertising, distribution, and sale of products incorporating the Work or Presentation.
  • Warrant the Materials are original; where third-party content is included, necessary permissions have been obtained and copies can be provided to ALBUS upon request.
GENERAL TERMS
  • The undersigned has authority to make and execute this assignment.
  • The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold ALBUS harmless from damages or expenses arising from breach of these warranties.
  • For jointly authored Works, all authors should sign, or one author may sign as authorized agent for the others.
RETAINED RIGHTS / TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Authors/employers retain all proprietary rights in any process, procedure, or article of manufacture described in the Work.
  • Authors/employers may reproduce the Work or derivative works for personal or company use with ALBUS copyright notice and citation, not implying ALBUS endorsement and not for sale.
  • U.S. Government works: royalty-free permission may apply for official purposes when required by contract/grant.
  • Third-party reuse requests are handled by the ALBUS Intellectual Property Rights office.
  • Funding agency deposit mandates may be fulfilled by authors.
  • Accepted versions may be posted on personal/institutional servers with ALBUS notice and, when published, full citation and link to ALBUS abstract/DOI.
  • Classroom/internal training use of accepted versions is permitted with proper copyright/credit notices.
  • Preprints must be updated with ALBUS copyright notice upon submission and, upon publication, replaced with citation/DOI link or accepted version with notice and link to the final published article in ALBUS Proceedings.
